Aggregate barcodes and barcode UMIs per cell
Usage
aggregateBarcodes(counts, sep = ";")
Arguments
- counts
Dataframe with barcodes and UMI counts per cell
- sep
Separator between barcodes (string). Default = `;`.
Value
Returns a data frame with one row per cell ID
